Few builders in Estonia make standing seam roofs. A well made one lasts about 100 years, so it is a roof you only put on once.
Markus and Eho met while building standing seam roofs. We also do other roofs: trapezoid sheet, Classic profile, tile and eternit.

Roofing
Standing seam, trapezoid sheet, Classic profile, tile and eternit.
Facades
House facades. We do not do plastering.
Framing
Load-bearing walls and partition walls.
Insulation
Insulating the building as part of the shell.
Terraces
Wooden and concrete terraces.
Concrete
Formwork and preparation for the pour.
Also: fitting doors and windows.
What we do not do: interior finishing and plastering.
For concrete we build the formwork and prepare the site. Our partners do the pour, so you still have one contact for the whole shell.
About us
Perico is run by Markus Tammik and Eho Sinisalu. Markus has six and Eho 16 years in construction. They met while building standing seam roofs and now build the whole shell of a house together: roof, facade, frame, insulation and terrace.
We work all over Estonia. The price comes with a quote, and the quote is free when Perico does the work.
